Summary

Maritime academy students too.

The bill requires any Texas public college or university that offers early class registration to any group of students to also offer it to ROTC students, corps of cadets members, and maritime academy students. It touches students in military-related programs and the schools that set registration order. Starting with spring 2026 registration, these students get the same early registration access other favored groups already get, under rules from the Higher Education Coordinating Board.
