If you can pay rent there, you can report a leak there.
The bill lets a tenant give a landlord notice of a needed repair through the landlord's online apartment portal. It touches tenants and landlords who run an online portal that tenants use to pay rent. Starting with leases signed or renewed on or after September 1, 2025, a repair request sent through that portal counts as the tenant's notice under the repair law.
