Summary

Due December 1 of even-numbered years. One fewer department on it.

The bill updates an existing report that state health officials must send to top state leaders by December 1 of each even-numbered year on how state-funded mental health hospital beds are divided among regions. It removes the old department from the report duty, leaving the Health and Human Services Commission and its advisory panel responsible. It also adds new required details for each region, including funding amounts and methods, the target and actual number of patients served, bed-use outcomes, and results of the peer review process.
