Summary

Any designated early voting site, instead of only the main one.

The bill lets voters who recently moved to a new Texas county turn in their limited-ballot statement at any early voting site the county designates for limited ballots, instead of only the main early voting site. It touches voters who moved counties and county election officials who run early voting. On the ground, a county can open more places for these voters to cast a limited ballot in person, starting September 1, 2025.
