The bill requires the state's driver's license agency to offer the original and renewal driver's license application, and all related application forms, in Nepali. It also orders the agency to design and give, in every county, a version of the driver's license exam for Nepali speakers who cannot take it in English, with highway sign text kept in English. Starting September 1, 2025, Nepali-speaking applicants could apply and test in Nepali instead of English.
