Summary
The Thin Blue Line joins the U.S., Texas and military flags.
The bill adds the Thin Blue Line flag to the short list of flags a homeowners' association cannot ban or restrict. It defines that flag as a black-and-white version of the U.S. flag with one blue stripe below the stars. Starting September 1, 2025, homeowners in an HOA can fly that flag under the same protections and limits that already cover the U.S. flag, the Texas flag and military flags.
