Summary

Name, school and a photo of the student’s face.

The bill makes the state licensing department require every student enrolled in a Texas massage school to hold a permit showing the student's name, the school's name, and a photo of the student's face. It touches massage students, massage schools, and the Texas Commission of Licensing and Regulation, which must write rules to carry it out. On the ground, students would carry a photo permit that must be displayed in a reasonable manner at the school, starting September 1, 2025.
