Summary

Every district offering kindergarten through grade 12.

The bill adds a new required topic to the health part of the public school curriculum: instruction that human life begins at conception and has inherent dignity and immeasurable worth from that moment. It touches every Texas school district that offers kindergarten through grade 12, along with their students and teachers. Starting with the 2025-2026 school year, districts must include this instruction in the health curriculum they are already required to offer.
