Summary

Current price, toll lane time, free lane time. Pick your poison.

The bill requires any toll operator running a variable-price toll lane to put an electronic sign at every entrance to that lane. Each sign must show the current price to the final exit, the current travel time in the toll lane, and the current travel time in the free lanes next to it. Drivers get side-by-side price and time information before they commit, and operators must comply starting January 1, 2026.
