Summary

One mobile-friendly page listing pregnancy-related resources and information.

The bill orders the state health and human services commission, working with the state's information technology agency, to build and maintain a mobile-friendly page on Texas.gov listing pregnancy-related resources and information. The page must cover counseling, health care including abortion pill reversal, financial and legal help, adoption and foster care, and information on alternatives to abortion and abortion risks, with a question-based tool that tailors answers and a search by zip code and county. The commission may also build a matching mobile app, but it is not required to, and the webpage duty starts September 1, 2025.
