Summary
Notice within 10 days, with the pole’s location.
The bill requires an electric cooperative to notify the city where a pole sits within 10 days after it tells a cable operator about a new pole or asks a cable operator to remove an abandoned attachment. The notice must give the pole's location and describe either the transfer procedure or the abandoned attachment. Electric cooperatives get a new paperwork duty, and cities learn about pole swaps and leftover cable equipment on their streets.
