Summary

Donate for road repairs, get a sign. The county sets the price.

The bill lets a county commissioners court sign a partnership deal with a person who donates money to repair and maintain a stretch of county road. In return, the county puts up signs recognizing the donor, and the commissioners court sets how much a donation must be to earn a sign. Donated money can be spent only on the road named in the deal, starting September 1, 2025.
