Summary

Alone, if a body camera runs or the vehicle records the whole trip.

The bill changes the rule that a female patient taken to a mental health or residential care facility must ride with a female attendant. It touches female patients in transport and the officers and attendants who move them. A male attendant may now do the transport alone if he wears an active body camera or the vehicle records audio or video for the whole trip.
