Summary

Ceremonies, but no penalty, no funding and no enforcing agency. Just the label.

The bill writes into state law that July is American Patriotism Month. It names groups to honor, including war veterans, the founders, the astronauts, civil rights leaders and the American people after September 11, 2001. It says the month shall be observed with ceremonies, but it sets no penalty, no funding and no enforcing agency, so nothing changes on the ground beyond the label.
