Summary
Additives included. And the quarry, where it applies.
The bill orders a state commission to write rules requiring anyone who sells aggregates (crushed stone, sand, gravel) or concrete to give prospective buyers a plain written document about the product. That document must list every ingredient, including additives, and, where it applies, the quarry or site the aggregates came from. Sellers of these materials would have a new disclosure duty, and buyers would get written ingredient and origin information before they purchase.
