Summary

Directors wind it up and file dissolution papers.

The bill shuts down the Tarrant County Municipal Utility District No. 2 and orders its directors to wind up its affairs and file dissolution papers with the state environmental agency. It touches the district's board, the land the district was meant to serve, and the developers who would have used it for financing. Sixty days after the law takes effect the district ends and the directors' terms expire, and the next day the district's governing chapter is repealed.
