Summary

3 acres at 715 Pine Street, by November 30, 2025.

The bill orders the Texas Department of Transportation to hand over its 3-acre maintenance barn and office site at 715 Pine Street in Woodville, Tyler County, to the Texas Department of Public Safety by November 30, 2025. It touches only those two state agencies and that one parcel, and it waives the usual state property-transfer rules in the Transportation Code and Natural Resources Code for this deal. On the ground, DPS takes title to the land and buildings, and the site moves from one state agency to another.
