Summary

Required shots only. Recommended vaccines and flu clinics come off.

The bill changes what Texas school districts must post on their websites about school vaccines. Districts would list only the shots required for admission, and would no longer have to list recommended vaccines or local flu-shot clinics, while keeping a link to the state health department page on exemptions. Any written vaccine notice a district sends would also have to include exemption information and that link, in the same font and size as the rest, starting with the 2025-2026 school year.
