Summary

Same stop, several tickets, one course. Courts take e-mail too.

The bill lets a driver who gets several eligible traffic tickets from the same stop clear all of them by taking one driving safety or motorcycle course, instead of only one ticket. It also lets courts accept the course request by a court e-mail address or online portal, not just certified mail. Courts may charge the existing reimbursement fee of up to $10 once for each ticket that gets dismissed, starting September 1, 2025.
