Summary

Chapter 380 or 381 deals, notice within 14 days.

The bill requires cities and counties to send written notice to their local workforce development board within 14 days of signing, amending, or renewing a Chapter 380 or 381 economic development agreement. The notice must carry the same information the comptroller already collects on these deals. Workforce boards will now learn about local business incentive deals made on or after September 1, 2025, so they can connect those businesses with local workers and training.
