relating to the operation of oversize and overweight vehicles transporting precast concrete products.

Caption from analyzed text · version I.

Summary

A weight permit plus up to 12 feet wide or 110 feet long.

The bill lets a single truck hauling precast concrete products hold two permits at once: a weight permit under Section 623.011 and a permit to run up to 12 feet wide, up to 110 feet long, or both. It also says a truck carrying more than one precast concrete product counts as a load that cannot be broken down for the size permit. Precast concrete haulers can stack several pieces on one oversize, overweight run instead of splitting them across trips, starting September 1, 2025.
