Summary
The trigger drops from seven voters to one, plus each voter’s name and address.
The bill changes the rule for people who drive voters with disabilities to the polls for curbside voting. Today a driver fills out a form only when helping seven or more such voters at once; under this bill any person who drives even one such voter must fill out and sign the form. The form must also list each voter's name and address and whether the voter also got help marking the ballot, starting September 1, 2025.
