Summary

Construction drawings, traffic studies and drainage reports too.

The bill requires a city's plat-approval authority to act within 30 days not just on a plat but on all the documents tied to it, including construction drawings, traffic studies, drainage reports and other required permits or approvals. It touches city planning offices and the developers and landowners who file subdivision plats. On the ground, cities can no longer stretch out reviews of those supporting documents, and anything not disapproved in 30 days is treated as approved.
