Summary

Weekday July 4? Sales run through the next weekend’s Sunday.

This bill changes when licensed fireworks retailers may sell fireworks around the Fourth of July. Sales still start June 24, but when July 4 falls on a weekday, sales can continue through midnight on the Sunday of the following weekend; when July 4 falls on a weekend, sales end at midnight on July 4.
