Summary

Within two business days of getting each one.

This bill requires Texas public colleges and universities that already run a system for reporting suspected fraud, waste, and abuse of state resources to forward every report they receive to the state auditor's office. The office must get each report within two business days of the school receiving it. Schools with a tip line now share every tip with the state auditor instead of handling them only in-house.
