Summary

Subchapter B goes, along with the certificate subsections.

The bill rewrites the rule for riding off-highway vehicles on public land and strikes the words "safety certificate required" from that section's heading. It repeals several parts of the off-highway vehicle chapter, including all of Subchapter B and the subsections tied to the certificate rule. Off-highway vehicle riders on state and local public land and beaches would still have to stay on designated land and follow state law, but the certificate requirement named in the old heading goes away starting September 1, 2025.
