Summary

Border city, 85,000-plus people, hosts the annual Texas Citrus Fiesta. It may move to November, once.

The bill lets one kind of city move its regular city officer elections to the November uniform election date. It applies only to a border city with more than 85,000 people that hosts the annual Texas Citrus Fiesta and now votes on a different date. Once that city moves to November, it cannot move its election date again.
