Estimated Two-year Net Impact to General Revenue Related Funds for HB4795, As Engrossed: a negative impact of ($200,000) through the biennium ending August 31, 2027. While the bill directs the agency to use existing resources to implement the provisions of the bill, this analysis assumes that any costs associated with the bill would result in the agency shifting funding resources from other programs and functions to implement the bill and would therefore still have a fiscal impact. The bill would make no appropriation but could provide the legal basis for an appropriation of funds to implement the provisions of the bill.
