Summary
No plat required when a condominium is created or altered.
The bill says a condominium declaration is not a subdivision of land under the state's city and county subdivision laws. It stops cities and counties from requiring a subdivision plat to be prepared or approved when a condominium is created or altered. Developers filing new condo declarations on or after September 1, 2025 can skip the local platting step, while existing condos stay under the old law.
