Summary

A Labor Code subchapter and a Business & Commerce Code section, gone.

The bill repeals Subchapter B of Chapter 101 of the Labor Code and Section 15.05(e) of the Business & Commerce Code, which its caption describes as restrictions and prohibitions on labor unions. It touches labor unions, employers and workers covered by those laws. Starting September 1, 2025, those provisions would no longer be Texas law, though the bill text itself does not restate what they say.
