Summary

Every campus, every restroom for female students. Donations welcome.

The bill requires every Texas school district to stock free tampons and sanitary napkins in each restroom designated for female students on every campus. It touches school districts, their budgets and female students, and it lets districts accept donated products to cover the cost. Starting with the 2025-2026 school year, girls' restrooms at district campuses would have to carry these products at no charge.
