Summary

Every report to the governor or a legislator: due December 1.

The bill adds one section to the Health and Safety Code saying every report that code requires to be sent to the governor or a legislator must be submitted by December 1 of the year it is due. It touches state agencies and other bodies that file reports under the Health and Safety Code. On the ground, report deadlines scattered across that code would line up on a single December 1 date, overriding the different dates now written in other sections.
