Summary
Under 75,000 people, bordering three counties over 450,000 each. Possibly one county fits.
This bill rewrites the definition of "residential subdivision" in the state law that governs overnight parking of commercial trucks in or near neighborhoods. Under the new text, the definition covers only platted, deed-restricted subdivisions in counties with more than 220,000 people, or in counties under 75,000 people that border three counties of more than 450,000 people each. Truck owners and residents in those counties fall under the overnight parking rules, while subdivisions in other counties do not meet the definition.
