Summary

Board has 60 days to shut it down.

The bill orders the board of the El Milagro Management District to dissolve the district within 60 days after the law takes effect. It touches the district's board, its property owners, and anyone holding the district's bonds. If the district owes bond debt, it stays alive only to wind down and must use its money to pay off that debt as soon as practical, and the bill's own text expires September 1, 2027.
