Summary
Secretary of state writes the rules. Outside the no-electioneering zone only.
The bill orders the Texas secretary of state to write rules that make whoever owns or controls a polling place building let people campaigning outside the no-electioneering zone use the building's facilities, including bathrooms. It covers election-day and early-voting sites, the building owners, and campaign workers. Those campaign workers would have to leave signs and literature outside and cover or remove political logos before entering the restricted area.
