The entire operative section begins with "may provide notice," so facilities are permitted but never required to post anything. The bill creates no duty, no deadline, no penalty and no enforcement.
The whole section says “may provide notice.” No duty, no deadline, no penalty.
The bill lets a child-care facility choose to give notice of the share of its children who are immunized under state law, the share of its adult employees who are immunized under the CDC adult schedule, and its handwashing policy. It touches child-care facilities and the parents who use them. Nothing changes on the ground unless a facility decides to post the notice, because the bill creates no duty, no deadline, no penalty and no enforcement.
