Summary

A sign or a menu note. Your shrimp, from outside the United States.

Restaurants and other food service places that serve shrimp imported from outside the United States must tell customers the shrimp is imported. They can do this with a sign posted where customers can see it or with a note on the menu. The state health agency writes the rules, and restaurants do not have to comply until March 1, 2026.
