Summary

Two election officers help mark. The line letting a companion deposit the ballot goes.

This bill changes curbside voting for voters who cannot enter the polling place. If the voter asks for help marking the ballot, two election officers must provide it under the existing assistance rules, and the bill removes the line that let a person accompanying the voter select and deposit the ballot. Anyone riding with the voter must get out and stay outside the vehicle unless the voter picked that person as their assistant under the existing rules.
