Summary

All of them, including learning help and intervention strategies.

The bill spells out that parents can see all of a school district's written or electronic records about their child, including records about help given for learning difficulties and any intervention strategies used. It also requires school employees to get a parent's written consent before giving a child a student well-being questionnaire, health care screening form, or survey, on top of the existing consent rule for psychological exams and for recording a child. Districts must change their consent practices for these surveys and forms, while exams or tests required for special education or under existing state law still need no consent.
