Summary

The minimum age drops from 20 years to 10.

The bill lowers the minimum age of wine that a wine collection seller may sell to a permitted restaurant from 20 years to 10 years. It touches wine collection sellers and the restaurants that buy from them. Once it takes effect on September 1, 2025, these sellers can sell sealed wine that is 10 or more years old to restaurants, not just 20-year-old bottles.
