Caption from analyzed text · version I.

Summary

Any event at the facility, not just motor races.

This bill loosens the rules for temporary alcohol sales at racing facilities that seat more than 40,000 people, letting mixed beverage permit holders sell distilled spirits and wine as well as beer, and at any event held at the facility, not just motor races. It touches mixed beverage permit holders who run temporary bars at these large racetracks, and the fans who attend events there. On the ground, the bill removes the old limits of four sales events per year and drinks at no more than half of open concession stands, and it drops the old alcohol-strength cap, while keeping the two-drink limit, the ban on sealed containers, and the cutoff times.
