Summary

Markers go up if the funding condition in Section 225.021(c) allows.

The bill names a stretch of Farm to Market Road 70 in Nueces County, between State Highway 44 and Farm to Market Road 1833, as the Los Robles Trail. It touches the Texas Department of Transportation, which must design and put up markers, subject to an existing condition in Section 225.021(c). On the ground, drivers will see new signs at each end and along the route, and nothing else changes.
