Summary

The only operative verb is “may.” No duty, no penalty, no deadline.

The bill lets a child-care facility tell people what percentage of the children attending it are immunized under the state's immunization law. It touches child-care facilities and the families who use them. Nothing is required, so no facility has to do anything, and one that stays silent faces no consequence.
