Summary
Truancy courts report yearly, broken out by race, age, grade and more.
The bill requires every truancy court to send the Office of Court Administration a yearly report counting referrals, dismissals, judgments, remedial orders, license suspensions, contempt orders, warrants, and fines and court costs assessed and collected. The counts must be broken out by school district, race, ethnicity, sex, age, grade, special education, homelessness, English learner, parenting and economic status.
