Summary

Known supporters only. No animated drawings, apparently a concern.

This bill lets nonprofit wildlife conservation groups, including their local chapters and affiliates, sell charitable raffle tickets on their own websites. Sales are limited to people the group has already identified as supporters, and the site may not show animated entries or animated drawings. Other charities stay under the current rule that bars selling raffle tickets statewide, while these wildlife groups gain an online sales channel.
