Summary

Audits, related-party deals and loan limits, same as open-enrollment.

The bill makes campus or campus program charter schools follow the same money rules that open-enrollment charter schools already follow. That covers audits, related-party deals, financial reports, and limits on loans and contracts with certain management companies for the entity running the campus or program. Starting September 1, 2025, these district-chartered campuses face the same financial oversight and management-company restrictions as open-enrollment charters.
