THE TEXT

“less than 75,000 that is adjacent to three counties with populations of more than 450,000”

Bill text, introduced version (I)

A small county bordering three large counties describes a very small number of places, likely one, while the caption speaks only of "certain counties." The caption at least signals that the bill is narrow, so confidence is moderate.

relating to the authority of certain counties to enact certain park use rules.

Caption from analyzed text · version I.

Summary

It must also border three counties over 450,000. The caption only says “certain counties.”

This bill adds one more type of county to an existing law that lets certain counties set up a board to make park use rules. The new county is one with fewer than 75,000 people that borders three counties of more than 450,000 people each. That county gains the park-rule authority, but like the counties next to the largest county, its board may not make rules about fireworks.
