Summary

Free copies to cities, which hand them to builders.

The bill orders the Parks and Wildlife Department to write a publication about how reflective windows endanger birds and to give free copies to cities. Cities that get copies must hand them out free to builders and others in the construction industry working locally. Nothing about building rules changes; the only change is that a state pamphlet gets made and passed along to builders.
