Summary
Who qualifies, how much money, from where? The bill does not say.
The bill orders the state comptroller to set up a program that pays for approved education-related expenses of children who join it. It touches the comptroller and Texas families whose children might take part, but it does not say who qualifies, how much money is involved, what expenses count, or where the money comes from. On the ground it creates a one-line duty with no details, so nothing concrete changes until other law fills in the program.
