Caption from analyzed text · version I.

Summary

Every employee completes it before the ride runs.

The bill adds one more condition to the list of things a person must do before operating an amusement ride in Texas. Ride operators would have to require each employee to complete a training program on sexual abuse and assault prevention. Starting September 1, 2025, an operator that does not require this training could not legally run its rides, though the bill does not say what the training must cover or who provides it.
